A web application used to request an access to IT Application like creation of login credential. It can also track the status of the request. The process of application starts when the user create the request, it will automatically requires an approval to their manager. If it is approve, it will pending for approval in IT. And once its approve then, they will assigned IT staff to do their request. Can generate daily, weekly and yearly report.
There are 4 types of user Admin, Approver, Customer, and Support. Admin user are the type of user that can add Users, Approver User are the managers of Employee that will approve their request, Customer are the employees who submit an request an authorization, and Support are the IT Staff.
